Description
The Student Services at LSBU are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join us and provide administrative support to the directorate.
As the Student Services Administrator, you will report to the Director and provide administrative support to the directorate and to its departments, including collecting and working with statistical data from internal and external sources and facilitating the adoption and further utilisation of our digital platform Salesforce and its PDP functionality.
We are looking for an individual who has demonstrable experience of operating with data and statistical information to the level of expert usage of MS Excel, including its pivot tables and vlookups functionality.
Details about the role
This post is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday -Friday) and permanent.
Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
