Description
Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Computerise documents and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
- Excellent communication skills with a polite phone manner
- Competency in data entry with a keen eye for detail
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,440.38 per year
