Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a huge international logistics company, who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their international finance team.
The Role:
The key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- To support with invoice processing
- Recording of group information for further analysis
- Support in invoice query resolution with suppliers
- Assist in monthly supplier statement reconciliations and group payments
- Support with monthly Intercompany reconciliations and assist with other ad hoc tasks and general administration
The Person:
This company are looking for an ambitious and driven accountancy professional who can come in and make an immediate impact
Also:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Very strong IT and MS Excel skills
- Communicative and personable individual who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail
