**CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) RESEARCHER
£350 - £400 PER DAY (OUTSIDE IR35)
6 MONTH CONTRACT

REMOTE**Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction? Harnham are partnering with a Technology company that is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience (CX) Researcher to jointheir rapidly growing business.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

**As a CX Researcher, you will be tasked with the following: - Design and conduct customer research to understand their experiences, needs, and expectations

  • Analyze customer feedback from various sources such as surveys, customer service interactions, and online reviews
  • Identify patterns and trends in customer feedback and use this information to inform product development and design
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to implement customerfocused initiatives
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer experience
  • Develop and implement customer experience metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of customerfocused initiatives
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

**The successful CX Researcher will have the following: - 5+ years of experience in customer experience research and analysis

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and constantly changing technology environment
  • Familiarity with customer experience metrics and KPIs
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
  • Passion for technology and a desire to drive customer satisfaction
**THE BENEFITS
**Once placed, a CX Researcher can expect to receive between £350 to £400 per day (outside IR35) on an initial 6 month contract offering fully remote work (from within the UK).
