Required full-time, for a forward thinking and fast paced, vibrant and energetic company.

If you have good communication skills, excellent time keeping and attention to detail this is the job role for you.

Duties;

  • To produce Energy Performanice Certificates
  • To carry out quarterly inspections at tenant properties.
  • Carrying out inventories on properties ready for tenants to
move in.

  • Final inspections of properties at end of tenancies.
Requirements;

  • Must have valid UK driving license
  • Must have own car
No experience necessary however knowledge or property management would be helpful. Full training will be provided.

£21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
