An established Law Firm are looking to bring a passionate Property Lawyer into their residential team in Hertfordshire.

The Property Lawyer Role

The successful Property Lawyer will be joining an efficacious Law Firm, who specialise in providing expertise to private individuals and businesses.

The Property Lawyer will be working alongside lawyers and partners, dealing with predominantly possession and receivership sales, ensuring that sufficient protections is provided to both the mortgagee and the receiver.

As well as other residential caseloadsfrom planning and raising finance, through to landlord and tenant agreements, exploiting every opportunity.

The Property Lawyer would need to have a keen interest in business development, as this role includes being able to oversee the residential property team and making the next career move for the firm.

The Property Lawyer

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
Ideally 3+ years PQE
Residential property experience preferred
Comfortable commuting around Hertfordshire
Interested in business development
Team player
Driven
