Up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience
Our client is a leading commercial cleaning company who is looking for an experienced Facilities Co-Ordinator.
If you are a Facilities Co-Ordinator with strong organisational skills, leadership and management experience please get in touch straight away.
This position will be suited to a conscientious individual who has a flexible approach to work duties. Experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous.
This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday and you must be able to commute easily to Bridgend.
Required skills for Facilities Co-Ordinator - Cleaning:
- Good communication skills
- Flexible attitude
- Keyholder duties
- Rota for emergency callouts
- Manage onsite cleaning teams
- Carry out cleaning when necessarily
- Minor repairs, basic maintenance
- Cleaning Audits
- Be able to carry out Health & Safety
- Disciplinaries, Managing Performance and Sickness
- Computer literacy
- Good IT Skills
- Basic record keeping
