Tempest Resourcing are working with a mainstream Secondary School in Greenwich, South London who are looking to recruit a
Cover Supervisor to join their team on a long-term basis.


Skills & Key Responsibilities:


  • Covering lessons in absence of class teacher, ensuring students have a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Follow lessons provided by teachers.
  • Manage student behaviour in the classroom, following the school's behaviour policy.
  • Confirm student attendance accurately and report any absences to the correct staff members.
  • Communicate with students, staff and parents/guardians when necessary, regarding student progress, behaviour and any safeguarding concerns.
