Our client is a Regional New Build Housing developer that is looking for a Customer Aftercare Advisor to join the team, due to an increase in workload.


The role:
A Customer Aftercare Advisor will be required to coordinate the daily workloads and priorities of the Customer Aftercare Technicians.

This role entails supporting the wider Customer Aftercare team in the day to day handling, reporting and resolution of customer aftercare enquiries.

You will have daily contact with both suppliers and sub-contractors. For this role, you will also be required to liaise with all departments of the business. Alongside providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide effective management of customer issues, working alongside colleagues.
  • Deliver proficient and capable support to promptly address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Manage and track outstanding works and prioritise appropriately.
  • Ensure the Customer Aftercare Technicians activities protect and promote the businesses brand reputation.
  • Ensure all customer contacts are recorded and monitored.
  • Prioritise focus and workload for the field base team.
  • Stay updated on customer issue volumes and activities.
  • Answer and process all Customer Aftercare contacts in line with targets and quality expectations.
  • Arrange remedial works in line with the field base teams.
  • Establish customer requirements through rapport and questioning.
  • Notify new appointments and work to appropriate colleagues and contractors.
