We are therefore recruiting to a Knowledge Management Support Officer role to join the Knowledge and Information Management Team in the Corporate and Information Governance deputy directorate on a permanent basis.
This exciting role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Knowledge Management function, maintaining a central Knowledge Hub with relevant content, organising training sessions, supporting the leavers pack process by extracting knowledge of value to the organisation, and gathering data to support the review of knowledge management.
An ability to identify key points and provide succinct summaries
Good verbal and written communication
An understanding of confidentiality in the workplace
