Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister - Wokingham
- £60K package

Our client is an award winning business recognised as the best Estate & Letting Agency in Berkshire and Surrey for the fourth consecutive year.

They are seeking an energetic, dynamic experiences Sales Valuer for their Wokingham branch.

As a Sales Valuer / Lister you will be responsible for:

Previous valuation experience
Proven track record
Ability to work well under pressure
Full UK driver's license
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Great customer service

In return you will receive:

Basic Salary of £25,000
Car allowance £400 per month (£4,800 annually)
Realistic OTE £6060K + CA
Uncapped earning potential
Min 28 days paid holiday
Full training and support

Working hours
Monday - Thursday 8.30Am - 6pm
Friday 8.30an - 5pm
You are required to work Saturdays 1:2 on a 5 day / 6 day working-week rotation.
