About the Role:

Our client, a leading organisation in the defence sector, is seeking a skilled Data Quality Consultant to join their team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of their team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of their critical data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data quality assessments to identify and prioritize issues
• Develop and implement data quality improvement plans and strategies
• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to define data quality standards and metrics
• Design and execute data cleansing and transformation processes
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs
• Identify and mitigate data quality risks and issues
• Support data migration and integration activities

Required Skills and Experience:

• Active SC clearance is essential
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools
• Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Contract Details:

• Inside IR35
• Daily rate: per day
• Contract duration: 6 months
• Regular travel to a site in the Bristol area
