    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer service and be able to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, from initial booking to completion.
    • Delivering high levels of customer service, finding customer requirements and advising on cost, timescale and arranging courtesy cars.
    • Liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicle's progress throughout the day and gaining authority for extra work and invoicing.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
    • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
    • Experience of upselling products and services.
    • Knowledge of CDK Drive, Kerridge and SAF.
    • A clean UK driving licence (essential).
