Team Leader will support the Service and Deputy Service Manager, to lead the delivery and development of new fixed term services, within an exceptional accredited

domestic abuse service, with 21 years of experience delivering support and interventions to people across East Sussex.


The Team Leader will lead and support staff across East Sussex to deliver the service model and variations to contract requirements.

Support the development of new service strands ensuring that they are aligned to local priorities, and national standards and key perfomance indicators.

Safeguarding of children and adults at risk is paramount and at the heart of our service.

Change Grow Live are a national charity that also delivers services across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

The East Sussex Domestic Abuse service provides a high-quality frontline service to women and men who are experiencing or have recently experienced domestic abuse and violence.

The focus is on risk assessment, safety planning and support for victims of domestic violence and abuse across East Sussex, through the civil and criminal justice system and beyond.

The approach is within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnerships to deliver an inclusive and comprehensive service.

Applicants must have demonstrable experience and knowledge of safeguarding as well as management and leadership.

You will need to demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and experience of working with issues of domestic abuse trauma.

The ability to analyse, construct and produce good quality reports, motivate, manage and support staff is essential to the role.

You will provide robust case management and be able to evidence the support and outcomes that the service delivers.
