HR ED&SE Solutions team is responsible for:

Client advisory:

- investigate possible solutions for complex cases that require specialist knowledge and an ability to use judgement on HR operations, policies, and processes. Handling difficult conversations whilst utilizing HR specialist teams as required.


Acting as an Intermediary with other HR teams:

  • offers unparalleled exposure and networking opportunities not only within HR, but also with senior Stakeholders across LoB, functions, and business areas.

Partnering closely with HR Answers, HR Transitions and HR Business Advisors, HR Business Advisory Support and Employee Relations - collaborate on a variety of cases, most especially redundancies, leaves of absence, disputes and performance management


Consistency:

- reconciling global and regional processes across a variety of HR products, with the opportunity to become an SME in a country, product, or initiative. The Global Employee Support (GES) Solutions Team provides extended Human Resource's supportto employees and managers in a globally consistent way.
A client facing advisory role, with tasks which include (but not limited to):

HR Answers Escalation:

- **Advise managers and employees on general queries relating to HR policies and procedures. Act as an escalation point for the HR Answers Team where support is needed outside the specific HR policies/specialist HR teams. Pick up queries that require investigation and resolution not policy advise.

Performance Management:

- **In partnership with Employee Relations Support support managers with performance coaching process and probation period extensions and terminations.

Redundancies:


  • Partner with HR Business Advisors and the Business to support the end to end redundancy process including finalizing of all paperwork and supporting both managers and employees from initial communication through to termination of employment.

Leave of Absence Support - Support both managers and employees during leaves of absence such as sickness (including occupational health and reasonable adjustment, maternity/paternity and unpaid leave.

Death In Service:

- **working closely with UK Benefits Team we supporting family member with the end to end death in service process.

Data Analytics:

- **Reporting for Monthly Business Reviews for the Head of International GES.
