Part-Time Receptionist based in
St Albans for established accountants.

Hours:
Monday - Wednesdays 10:00am - 2:30pm

The role _

As the
Part-Time Receptionist your role will involve the following important duties:

Answer telephone calls and transfer them to the relevant department/switchboard.
Greet and deal with visitors.
Responsible for booking records in and out of the buildings.
Maintain meeting rooms ensuring sufficient office supplies are provided.
General admin duties including booking couriers.

The experience required _

As a successful
Part-Time Receptionist, you will have the following:

Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist experience previously.
Good IT skills with proficiency in Office 36
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Professional telephone manner.
Highly organised.
