Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with 25person Marketing team to create and deliver internal comms that align with business & marketing strategy.
  • Work with internal teams such as People & Development, Corporate Responsibility, JEDIA (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility), and Wellbeing teams to create and deliver internal comms campaigns that align with our B Corp commitments and the corporate responsibility calendar.
  • Support Group Chief Marketing Officer with global broadcasts, crisis comms, internal videos, events and marketing administration.
  • Ensure global internal comms are translated and subtitled appropriately using suitable methods (inhouse translator, Veed, etc).
  • Lead on and promote employee engagement campaigns such as physical or mental challenges, etc
  • Use marketing project management platform to maintain internal comms calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of internal comms. Assign tasks to and obtain input from marketing team members where appropriate.
  • Creation and circulation of our enewsletter (The Wire every two months) using Microsoft Sway, and broadcast blast (Reading Room every two weeks) using HubSpot.
  • Organisation and delivery of quarterly Global Anthesis Spirit Award, including encouraging nominations, facilitation of judging panel & winners list, and organising rewards.
  • Lead on the delivery of virtual Global Town Halls, including facilitating agenda and presenters
  • Creation and maintenance of SharePoint Resource Hubs.

Summary of role:


We are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and collaborative Internal Communications professional to actively engage internal audiences and deliver comms at a UK and global level.


Collaborating with the Marketing Team and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering internal comms campaigns across multiple internal channels.

You will have strong verbal and written skills and be a brand ambassador, ensuring our branding is consistent and professional across all internal content.


Reporting to and supporting our Group Chief Marketing Officer, you will also provide support on global broadcasts, crisis comms, internal videos, events and marketing administration.


The role requires a personable and engaging person who can effectively build relationships and collaborate across the wider business and a variety of internal teams.

Key requirements:


  • Experience of planning, scheduling and delivering internal comms campaigns in a global business. Ideally as a member of an IC (Internal Comms) team or Marketing Team.
  • Experience of running employee engagement campaigns
  • Tech savvy; understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and experience of using internal comms channels such as Teams channels, newsletter platforms and online meeting platforms.
  • Strong written skills and excellent attention to detail, including superior grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, and priority driven.
