Flexi Working - 25 hours a week across 5 days a week.

We are a highly successful family run business that has a great working environment and culture.


We are now looking for an Operations and Procurement Assistant with a customer centric focus and a natural desire to support the Safpro team and their customers through operational tasks such as assisting with stock management, HR systems, new product roll outs and sourcing aswell as supporting the current Operations and Procurement Director and team with tasks at hand.


Responsibilities:


  • Helping manage the Stock Shortfall and Low stock screens working with Procurement on any levels that need adjusting. Also putting the relevant product onto supplier PO's.
  • Setting up and managing a HR System with staff contracts and holiday. Also assisting in the process of new staff onboarding.
  • Being the liaison between our ops team and our IT Providers, also with a view of implementing any systems you see fit to help streamline processes.
  • Setting up and managing our Pre Production sample process.
  • Working with suppliers on PP Sample sign offs, ensuring the product is right for our clients.
  • Working with new suppliers along with the Procurement Director to ensure all tech packs and information are upto date and relevant.
  • Gathering DOC's and Certification from our suppliers and organising a folder network for these.
  • Working with Procurement on Supplier certification per order and audits along with forecasting new orders.


You will need previous experience withing a similar role such as an Executive Assistant or Procurement/Operational Assistant with a natural desire to improve the processes and support speedy growth of Safpro.

This is an
office based opportunity. However there will be scope for some Flexi Work dependant on the set up and work type.

Generous basic salary (dependent upon experience).

Pay - £13.50 p/h
