The job itself:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident individual to join our busy Business Support administration team, working from ergo, Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle.
This full time role (part time could be considered) will consist of working alongside other colleagues to provide a wide and varied range of administrative activities to support this service including collating, inputting, and reporting on data, managing online and telephone enquiries, supporting at events, minute taking, developing resources and order/ finance processing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Great Interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to be adaptive, to prioritise, and have strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility.
- High attention to detail.
The position is currently funded until 31st March 2025 with the potential for it to be extended for a further 3 years depending on funding confirmation.
