Role:
Lead Auditor Trainer (Sub Contractor)

Join us on a Contractor basis to deliver dynamic training sessions for Lead Auditors in various ISO standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001.

As a Lead Auditor Trainer, you'll be instrumental in crafting, refining, and presenting courses that meet industry standards and exceed expectations.

Accountabilities:

Planning:

Develop comprehensive training materials in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training content based on feedback and industry advancements.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Annual Training Schedule alongside the Training Team.

Delivering:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both inperson and virtually, tailored to diverse learning styles.
Provide expert guidance to participants, sharing insights into auditing methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting:

Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in auditing to ensure training materials remain relevant.
Monitor feedback to uphold our reputation for excellence and trusted service.

Resourcing:

Offer assistance in training or upskilling other trainers as needed.

Success Criteria:

Expansion of Lead Auditor training capabilities.
Achieving bestinclass customer feedback for training quality.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

CQA and IRCA Certification.
Proven track record of delivering Lead Auditor courses.
A Level 3 (minimum) training qualification such as PTTLs or Train the Trainer.
Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, 4001, 27001, 4500
Proficiency in instructional design, elearning tools, and experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
