We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our close-knit care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

• You will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence and ensuring their overall health and happiness are prioritized every day.
• As part of our care team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each resident.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred;
• A minimum of six months experience as a Care Assistant or equivalent role would be advantageous but not essential;
