Executive Assistant to DirectorSt Helens Based
£20,000-30,000+ Benefits
This is an opportunity for an experienced level Customer relations admin/ PA who is looking to run a seamless operation for a Director in the Renewable Energy sector.
We offer all aspects of energy saving solutions and have a wealth of experience in this sector operating Nationwide. The business is thriving and rapidly growing as the UK is striving towards a Net Zero carbon emission target.
Liaising with teams within the business to create working relationships through planning meetings and events.
The role:
- Managing Director's diary, scheduling meetings and events.
- Prioritise inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth daytoday engagements
- Work closely with the Director to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
*Liaising with customers to help achieve good customer relations.
The person:
- 2 years minimum PA experience
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
*Ability to work effectively under pressure
*Willingness to learn new skills to meet new needs of the business
*High integrity and confidentiality
*Strong attention to detail
Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
