Are you an experienced Production Supervisor?

Is the night shift your preferable shift?

We are currently working with a well-established SME manufacturing business, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire which is looking to recruit a Shift Production Supervisor to enhance the Manufacturing team based at the Leeds Site.

Our client operates multiple sites across the UK, manufacturing and distributing there products to a number of industries including construction and refurbishment.

Due to growth they are looking to enhance their Production team and have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Supervisor on the night shift.

The Night Shift Production Supervisor will lead on all manufacturing operations across the shift, ensuring bespoke products are manufactured "Just in Time" to quality standards.

The Role

Ensure all H&S and safe operating processes are adhered to on shift
Lead the team to ensure all manufacturing tasks are completed against the production schedule
Supervise, develop and motivate the team to encourage a positive work culture and a multiskilled team
Operate machinery as required setting the standards for overall equipment efficiency & quality
Liaise with stakeholders in the business relating to operations and shift handovers

Supervisory experience of a manufacturing team
Execute the production schedule
Ability to deliver OTIF
Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders

Salary:
