Are you a n experienced Team Leader or Deputy that has experience working with Children/Young People with complex needs in a Residential setting, Then I want to hear from you.

Requirements of the Team Leader include:

Experience working in a residential setting
Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Commitment to work long days and weekends
UK Driving license
Strong communication skills and emotional resilience

Responsibilities of the Team Leader include:

Provide a person-centred approach at all times
Protect the service users at all times
Give guidance to the service users and promote independence
Take part in activities the service users enjoy e.g. football, swimming or long walks

Up to £39,000

Role:
full time 40 hours a week
