Description
Good London venue knowledge and experience working with venue-finding agencies are desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with huge scope for personal and professional development.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Senior Events Manager throughout the entire events lifecycle to create marketleading strategic events which deliver on objectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Events Manager on flagship events and responsibility for endtoend event management of own projects.
- Lead meetings, make recommendations and provide regular updates to stakeholders by sharing updates with relevant parties (internal and external).
- Coordinating all logístical aspects of event delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare event collateral and actively participate in event setup and registration.
- Assist with event reporting and general administrative tasks (e.g. working with the Marketing Secretary to to ensure budget information and ROI reporting are accurate).
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and internal contacts.
- Onsite management of events, including professional and welcoming meet & greet, ensuring setup matches expectations, addressing guest enquiries, problemsolving, stakeholder management.
- Other adhoc projects or duties as required.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in organising events or specific Event Management qualification. Partnership or professional services experience (desirable).
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and experience in using CRM databases (desirable).
- Good organisational, timemanagement and critical thinking skills to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- High levels of accuracy and highly developed verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and drive to ensure flawless project management and event execution under pressure.
- A confident, professional and personable manner.
- Passionate about making an individual contribution to the overall success of the Firm.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ambitious, with a keen desire to proactively develop events industry knowledge and network.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK to support events and conduct site visits.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, as some events will require working outside of normal working hours.
