Description

Due to internal movement, the Occupational Therapy Team at St. Richard's Hospital Chichester now has some vacancies in their Band 3 Occupational Therapy Technician staffing. This is an exciting opportunity to join our services providing therapeutic care to our patients.

We have 1 x 0.6 WTE permanent contract in the General medicine Team and 2 x 0.53 WTE 3-year fixed term contracts (1 in the Acute Neuro Team and 1 in the Orthopaedic and Surgical Team)

This post would suit applicants with previous experience of working in a similar setting or within an Occupational Therapy services in health, social care or private sector providing direct care to patients/clients.

You will work as part of an established OT team covering in-patient wards, under the direct supervision of the Occupational Therapists.

You will be required to carry out thorough treatment programmes, assist on home assessments and participate in general administration and housekeeping tasks.
