Electrical Estimator

E&I Estimator based anywhere in the UK to support the national Process Industries Team for one of the UK's largest and ambitious Electrical contractors.

The Role

Providing accurate take offs and maintaining a high level of competency when preparing prime cost estimates
Developing Value Engineering Proposals and providing innovation where applicable
Competently using Trimble Contract Master/Internal Bespoke systems for preparing estimates
Managing client and key stakeholder requests in a professional and timely manner

Required for the role.

A thorough understanding of E&I systems and components
Be proficient in cost estimating software and have experience preparing detailed cost estimates for E&I projects.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to be able to identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
You should have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and highquality work

This is an excellent opportunity to work a majority remote role with occasional visits to the local office supporting a well-known E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) company in the UK.
