We are a traditional pizzeria and Neapolitan eatery based in East Sussex, serving authentic Neapolitan food in our eight restaurants and are looking for great people to join us.

Its all about the Pizza and just like in Naples our dough is freshly made centrally to keep the dough consistent, using Italian high quality ingredients.

We are looking for a kitchen assistant, this is a role is for an individual who is willing to step up and to learn the hand stretching of dough tequinique.
