The Role

Due to rapid growth and continuous success we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Willmott Dixon team at our Stonewater branch.

We are looking for someone to join our current Administration team and ensure the high levels of Administration support and branch support is provided.

The role involves completing general Administration duties to a high & accurate standard, ensuring you take ownership of work and have great organisation skills, to allow you to forward plan, to meet deadlines by prioritising work.

The Project

Typical work will comprise of the following: the processing of all lifecycle HR administration from new starters through to leavers at a branch level.

Recording of all health and safety paperwork and ensuring databases are populated within given timescales.

Updating and maintaining the HR Data System ensuring absence and holiday records are recorded accurately and kept up to date.

Maintaining the personnel files, ensuring they are kept up to date and that filing is completed to a high standard.

Raising of purchase orders/subcontractor orders, post, stationery ordering and answering/transferring telephone calls.

General branch complaint management, booking property MOTs, ad-hoc Service Control cover, and maintaining branch communications including training schedules and newsletters.

Your role brings with it responsibilities and an operating manual, details the processes and "how to guides' will be provided in order to achieve success.
