OA are working with a fast paced FX company as they search for an experienced payroll administrator.If you have proven experience within Payroll and Finance then keep reading:
ROLE:
Payroll Administrator
WHEN:
Monday - Friday / 08:30 - 17:00 / Please note: This is NOT a hybrid role
WHERE:
Canary Wharf
SALARY:
£30,000 - £35,000**BENEFITS**:Amazing company culture / supportive team / team trips / pension package / holiday package / progression
DUTIES:
- Processing end to end highvolume payroll.
- Statutory payments
- Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.
- Processing of Year End procedures.
- Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.
- Liaise with HMRC when required.
- Process Tax Code changes.
- Ability to process manual calculations.
- Adhoc accounting duties
- Manage and maintain company pension scheme enrolling employees and ensuring correct payment made to scheme
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience within the role
- Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks
- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox
