Between Mon to Fri, 10-20 hrs per week (flexible within regular business hrs).

It's a varied role and essentially is to assist the adviser/owner so they can focus more time on servicing clients and growing the business.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Assist adviser with day-to-day admin/support tasks throughout the business
- Point of contact for clients & product providers (must be comfortable phoning to book meetings)
- Organise and maintain online files
- Keep workflow running smoothly and use project management software to dovetail with adviser and assist with various tasks throughout client journey

Flexible location -_ _must be able to reliably commute to Solihull area up to 1-2 times per week for meetings (as required). However, once up and running, most day-to-day duties can be completed remotely._

What would be an advantage (but not essential as can be trained)
- Prior experience within a financial planning administration role
- Understanding of the financial advisory process
- Experience using any of the following software: Office 365, Iress Xplan, CashCalc, FE Analytics, Calendly, Mailchimp, Canva, any investment/pension platform providers
Education level required
Excellent GCSEs or equivalent (minimum).
