We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to cover 12 months Maternity leave; starting in June 2024 to join our in-house Partnerships team and report directly to our CEO.

We are after an adaptable team leader who is passionate about all things influencer marketing and UGC.


Within this role you will support the growth of the business by working closely with wider departments such as Organic and Paid Social plus Brand and Campaign to deliver a global influencer marketing strategy for Lounge.


We're looking for someone who has the ability to lead on creator trends and adapt to the ever changing landscape of influencer marketing while aligning with our Lounge brand ethos.

Within this role you will be responsible for a large team so we'd love for you to naturally inspire our people, whilst driving them forwards and setting them up to succeed together, and efficiently.


What you will be doing:


  • Work closely with the CEO and current Head of Partnerships to devise a strategy for the team ensuring we are expanding our reach into existing and new territories.
  • Manage a large team of Territory Managers and Partnerships Executives who cover 4 main territories globally.
  • Manage large budgets across all territories and ensure we are accurately reporting on these budgets to track performance across all partnerships.
  • Report on current partnerships across all territories, comparing performance metrics to inform the wider program and support any changes to the strategy.
  • Work closely with other managers and our Creative/Brand team to develop ideas for new campaigns, partnerships, IRL moments, and collections to truly represent Lounge's brand.
  • Host regular team catchups, events, and other external meetings with partners to ensure the overall strategy aligns with the brand's goals.
  • Manage your own time to support each Head of a territory ensuring they have all relevant information to continue to grow their respective area while supporting their teams and growing our teams where possible.

We would love it if you:

  • Have had experience managing an Influencer Marketing department within an eCommerce brand.
  • Managed Large teams spanning across global territories.
  • Are used to managing largescale budgets for an entire department.
  • Have worked closely with a CEO and/or Board within a business and can maintain relationships with people at various levels within an organisation.
  • Can accurately record data and pull reports together to deliver findings to the CEO and other Heads of departments.
  • Can react quickly to changes within the business and roll out process changes quickly and efficiently to the team.
