Due to expansion and developments we are currently recruiting for an Extrusions Shift Supervisor at our Telford site.

The purpose of the role is to supervise and control the extrusion shift on a Monday - Thursday, 12 hour shift system (7am - 7pm/7pm - 7am rotating every two weeks).

Key responsibilities would be:

• Supervise, plan, and, carry out work as instructed by Extrusions Manager.
• Ensure team is working correctly and, in accordance with organisational policies.
• Identify areas for improvements and plan training along with the Extrusions Manager.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Set/remove tooling when required and, start extrusion lines.
• Carry out control checks and record.

Salary is depending on experience but, shift allowance is payable.
