One of the largest independent recruitment agencies with 35 years of specialist experience in Construction are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their office in Manchester.

Salary up to £40k DOE basic, car allowance or company car, uncapped commissionscheme with No Threshold.

With multiple offices, covering the length and breadth of the UK, they provide all forms of Rail/Construction recruitment solutions to clients.

Job Description -

Full 360 recruitment role.
Build and develop a desk within Rail/Construction, any vertical.
Support and Advise consultants with the view to becoming a team leader.
Lucrative benefits for any ambitious recruiter looking to develop a strong, high billing desk.

You will be;

360 Recruitment consultant with experience within Industrial/Rail/Construction sectors.
Having 1 Years' + Experience
Able to work within a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver to a high standard
Understanding of the Construction industry sector and market
Strongly commercially aware.
Excellent at interpersonal skills, confident and effective in a client facing role
