Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and building successful working relationships? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Team as an Accounts Receivable Controller 9 month FTC.

Across hedge funds, private credit, private equity, real estate and traditional asset management, our editorial brands are seen as market leaders in providing asset manager sales and IR execs with the actionable information they require to help them raise and retain assets.


To maintain and grow our leading position in the market we continue to hire Finance professionals, The Billing Controller is a key role within the business to provide efficient and accurate billing ( invoices / Credit notes) for all Clients on a global scale, across multiple companies.


Responsibilities:


  • Raising of all invoices( approx. 750pm)
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer accounts, balances reflected are true and correct
  • Ensuring Orders and Invoices match
  • Ensuring, Payment terms and comments are reflected correctly
  • Good knowledge and experience with billing VAT
  • Ensuring all transaction are processed efficiently
  • Liaising with Clients and stake holders regarding queries
  • Processing Credits and Rebilling where required
  • Uploading invoices to clients portals
  • Completion of clients onboarding forms.
  • Liaising with Credit Control regarding Account queries to prevent delay in billing and payments

Requirements:


  • You enjoy communicating and have a keen eye for detail
  • You like to stay ahead and have various ways to stay organised
  • Excel skills would be desired ( vlook up's ,pivot tables, etc)
  • Systems Knowledge
  • Sales Force
  • Previous experience with B2B clients
  • Understanding of Audit Controls
  • Effective problem solving
