Duties and responsibilities:
- Checking documents are completed compliantly.
- Collate all relevant compliance documentation.
- Communicating effectively with our installer network.
- Understand the relevant legislation and compliance requirements, ensuring you are collecting the correct information from customers.
- Ensure a fast and efficient turnaround when collecting customer information.
- Ensure all customer information is kept up to date across our systems and CRM.
- Work towards deadlines, ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the allotted timescales to utility partners.
- Support our Retrofit Assessors and Coordinator with administrative duties and documentation.
- Communicate with energy companies on our behalf, and
- Printing, scanning & filing.
You will have:
- Have a proactive problemsolving mindset and are able to use your initiative.
- Be able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team.
- Flexible in approach with a 'Can Do' attitude.
- ECO experience would be an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
- Good attention to detail, highly organised.
- Work quickly and efficiently with the ability to follow a process from start to finish.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and Knowledge of the Energy company obligation (not necessary, but preferable).

Salary:
£22,329.01-£27,274.11 per year
