The Role
Duties to include but not be restricted to:
- Scanning incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls, directing the call or passing messages on to the relevant member of staff using MS Teams
- Reception cover, including meeting and greeting visitors and clients
- Assisting with the setup, preparation and hosting of events/seminars onsite and offsite
- Archiving documents and files
- Adding new contact and client details to our database(s)
- Preparing standard template correspondence for review
- Scanning and copying of documents
- Supporting the team in typesetting statutory accounts
- Inputting staff bookings onto the planning system
Entry Requirements:
- BBB in A Levels
- 4 (C) in Maths & English at GCSE Level
- Desirable: Computer Skills
