Yeomans Honda Guildford

Yeomans Honda Guildford is looking for a
Showroom Host to join their team and work alongside them in their Honda dealership.

You will be an essential part of the team providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Honda products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.

General duties:

Answering the phone/meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments.
Assisting with general product queries
Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
First aid and fire warden training

Sales support:

Saturday showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping where possible when a salesman is busy)
Bank Holiday showroom support as above
Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
Used car display kept in order
Used car photographs
Test drive assistance where necessary

Service support:

Service appointment follow up calls ensuring customer is happy
Providing cover for service reception when necessary (sufficient training supplied)
Customer contact details maintained on database
