Head of Client Programmes and Operations - Affinity GB

The Role
Key individual responsibilities

  • Client delivery take the lead on new client implementations, defining and delivering detail business requirements, being the key interface between the client and WTW teams (Affinity, tech, compliance, marketing etc)
  • Develop a carrier engagement strategy, focusing on sustainable placement and support product development, aligned to the GB Affinity Go to Market strategy and qualified new business pipeline
  • Lead the build out of the GB Affinity operating model and infrastructure in the UK by bringing together cross functional team including Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, compliance
  • Devise and account for the delivery of structured programme performance KPI's including NPS measurement, regular review and action on customer feedback, competitor/product/price benchmarking analysis
  • Engage with UK compliance and legal to define approach for maintaining adherence with key regulatory governance including consumer duty and GDPR
Global Affinity

  • Represent the UK in the affinity technology and operations leadership group
  • Support and scope ongoing reviews of potential and existing value chain partners including if/where/how WTW makes use of insurtech capabilities in the market
  • Build our value proposition for data and analytics working in partnership with marketing and ICT
  • Support other global / regional initiatives as required

The Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Affinity landscape
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proven reputation for colleague engagement, and the execution and delivery of business results
Outstanding track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment

  • Understanding of InsureTech and technology in the Affinity space
Strong facilitation skills - able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities
Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
Ability to manage governance processes, risk management and compliance to ensure seamless alignment and adherence to regulatory standards within our organisation

  • High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy.
