Job description:
Our Operational Leaders will be excellent leaders:
- Providing visible leadership, coaching and support for their team
- role modelling positive behaviours to ensure teams deliver the highest quality of customer service, whilst also providing technical knowledge.
- Managing a team ensuring team performance, delivery and quality of service whilst effectively managing team dynamics and creating genuine team spirit.
- Focusing on continuous improvement supporting people working towards our goals & objectives.
- Communicating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a range of settings.
- Providing great customer service dealing with enquiries and complaints to ensure the Companies Register is accurate and up to date.
Person specification:
We're looking for great Operational Leaders with:
- Excellent leadership skills
- involving and engaging others to ensure high performance and effective delivery of our vision and strategy.
- Great communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly verbally and in writing.
- The ability to build capability in teams to meet current and future skill requirements.
- The ability to deliver and improve operational performance displaying enthusiastic and passionate behaviour to deliver a balance between bestinclass customer service whilst supporting improving the integrity of information on the register.
- Confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders and senior leaders, using strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Resilience responding positively to challenge and having the ability to adapt your communication style to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
