.Join us as an Associate, Securitised Products

  • In this key role, you'll contribute to the effective risk and portfolio management of a specified portfolio of customers and support the team through credit delivery activity
  • We'll look to you to ensure seamless delivery, and continuously improve credit delivery for existing and new business
  • You'll be joining an exciting and fastpaced area of the bank, where you can expect great exposure both for you and your work
  • This is a hybrid working role with a flexible mix of working from home and the office

What you'll do:

As an Associate, Securitised Products, you'll provide insight and trend data to help shape the new business agenda.

We'll expect you to provide analytical research and practical support to the team, assisting in the day-to day-management of the service proposition to clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to credit report writing and risk modelling
  • Supporting a specialist team to serve a portfolio of clients while driving strong client advocacy
  • Serving customers well and providing them with products and services that are appropriate for their needs
  • Proactively enhancing customer satisfaction and advocacy
  • Supporting the team to drive additional value from new and existing client relationships
  • Collecting and organising industry specific information and summarising key themes in presentations

The skills you'll need:


We're looking for someone with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate them to stakeholders in a simpler format.

You'll have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels.


Additionally, you'll have:

  • The ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and good organisation skills to deliver to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to build and foster a culture of continuous improvement
