ORB Recruitment have a number of positions available for Assembly Operatives to work for an industry leading manufacturer of Garden Furniture, Cabins and more. This is a temp-perm position that will result in a permanent position following an initial 12-week probationary period.


The Role

  • Use of air powered nail guns.
  • Daily use of hand and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Working to specific manufacturing methods and measurements.
  • Completing paperwork such as quality checks.
  • Picking all items of the order on to the designated pallets ready to be sent to customers.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 06.00am to 14.00pm
  • Overtime is available during the week, paid at basic rate.

Pay Rate

£10 Per Hour (Rising to £10.48 Per Hour from April 2023)


To be considered for this role, we ask that you have previous experience working with air, hand and power tools and that you are able to work confidently alone or as part of a small team.
