Part time Payroll Clerk, Leeds, £25,000 pro rata

An independent chartered accountancy practice in North Leeds which support individuals and owner managed businesses in their accountancy and tax affairs is looking to appoint an experienced Payroller to join their business on a part time basis.

They can offer 20 hours /week to work over 3,4 or 5 days (your choice) they can also offer more hours or full time hours if required.

They can offer one day WFH.

This is a diverse role and central to the smooth operation of the practice.

You will be responsible for processing and delivering accurate, timely and efficient payroll services for weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll and CIS for a diverse portfolio of clients using SAGE Payroll.

Reporting to their Tax Manager, you will work alongside another payroll person.

Requirements:

Payroll experience is essential, ideally in an accountancy practice environment or from a payroll bureau. Industry experience can also be considered
IT literacy, preferably Sage Payroll experienced.
Knowledge of CIS is desirable, training can be provided

Benefits

Part time (20hrs+) or full time hours can be offered
One day WFH after probation period
Flexitime: 36 hour week if full time
22 days holiday and after 2 years services increases by a day every year up to a max of 27 days
