About Our Client:
A leading G15 Housing Association are in need of a Property Services Coordinator to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining all tasks, including raising jobs, requisitions, follow on works, subcontractor works.
- Ensure all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs.
- Ensuring that operatives are working efficiently, and operative workload is maintained in line with the WIPs (Works in progress).
- Investigate complaints (informal and formal) and expressions of dissatisfaction with the service; respond to customers within our published service standards, both verbally and in writing.
- Updating the system with relevant information and create reports for analysis.
The Successful Applicant:
What you will need to succeed:
- Have experience of working within the social housing sector
- Strong administration skills and must be IT proficient.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- A selfmotivated, resilient, assertive and confident approach.
- Experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
