As Learning & Development Specialist you will engage with stakeholders to create and deliver a training roadmap from on-boarding to customer resolution using a variety of materials and delivery methods, including face to face and remote delivery, instructional videos and e-learning training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our L&D department to deliver the Customer Support learning and development roadmap Deliver product specific and customer focussed training
- Working with Content Creation Specialists to develop and deliver training in creative, engaging and informative ways
- Update and maintain a training matrix
- Balance delivery of technical product knowledge and soft skills
- Regularly review customer contacts and identify training requirments and knowledge gaps
- Review knowledge management tool output to ensure content supports knowledge retention and outstanding service provision
Knowledge & Experiences:
- Experience working in a customer support or customer delivery role
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to relay complex information clearly and concisely in layman's terms
- Experience in developing and successfully delivering training through a variety of channels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
- The ability and flexibility to adapt your approach based on evolving business needs
- Motivation to meet team goals and objectives and a positive mental attitude
