The role
You'll work alongside our Centre Lead, taking joint responsibility for running one of our tuition centres.

Day to day, you'll lead and develop a team of superstar Tutors, nurture lots of budding fearless learners, and welcome new families into your Centre.


Your key objectives will be:

Education Delivery -bring our mission to life by delivering an exceptional education service to members. You'll be outstanding in all areas of our Tutor role, able to "role model" these skills to your Tutor team.

Customer Experience- provide an outstanding customer experience to both prospective and current families. You'll build authentic and meaningful relationships with both children and their families.

Business Growth- contribute towards centre reputation, profitability and overall performance. You'll create a foundation for sustainable growth through the delivery of outstanding education and customer experience for members and prospectsalike.

Lead and Develop
  • Develop your skills and inspire others to create a team that collectively drives our Mission, Goal and Who We Are. You'll create a welcoming environment where every team member is valued, engaged and supported to reachtheir potential.


Assisting in the management of our centre, your typical working pattern will be Tuesday - Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are yours to switch off from the hustle and bustle of centre life.

Your development is our top priority from the first day you start at Explore Learning.

What you'll get in return

Salary:
£24,000 PA


Contract:
Full-time, permanent


Working Hours:

our centres are open 5 or 6 days each week, and our members can attend sessions after school between 3 pm - 8 pm, and on a Saturday between 9 am - 5 pm.

During the week, you'll open up at 11 am so you have time to focus on your centre successplans before your families arrive from 3 PM.

Your typical working pattern will be Tuesday - Saturday.
