Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a permanent
Operations Administrator based in
Bridgwater, Somerset.
8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The annual salary is
Circa £30,000 PA.
- The following tasks are expected of the Operations Department:
- Creating and updating RAMS on a regular basis, including site-specific documents
- Allocating and overseeing staff H&S training, including toolbox talks
- Overseeing subcontractor vetting, including maintenance of subcontractor records
- Conducting weekly vehicle checks
- Scheduling vehicles for routine and emergency maintenance
- Purchasing, stock control, and general administration
- Maintaining stock levels in line with company requirements
- Ensuring correct allocation of stock to relevant jobs and/or depots
- Completing customer PQQs and questionnaires
- Maintaining company accreditation schemes
- Creating project documents and files
- Handling centre customer accounts
- Undertaking other tasks as required by the Operations Department
- Attending and participating in all relevant meetings
- Collaborating effectively with other staff, including Field Technicians where necessary
