• Full UK driving licence required
• Experience of one year preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings to showcase our rental properties.

Carry out thorough reference checks on prospective tenants to ensure the highest standards.

Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Prepare and assemble legal documents related to leasing agreements. Carry out various property management related tasks.


Skills:

Excellent customer service skills with a client-centric approach.

Strong organisational abilities to manage diverse tasks efficiently.

Enjoy multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Work Hours:

Typically 9 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility to extend to 6 pm during busy periods.

No weekend work, except for a few at peak times in the summer.
