Trainee CAD Technician in Ferndown


Our client are a manufacturing and construction company based in the Ferndown area, and they are looking for someone who would like to train and develop as a CAD Engineer.

The Trainee CAD Engineer will be joining an expanding team and will be gaining experiencewithin architectural drawings and AutoCAD that produce client projects for approval and installation.


Responsibilities of the Trainee CAD Technician include:

  • Receipt of full training on architectural drawings and AutoCAD to produce client projects for approval and installation
  • Producing product lists from AutoCAD for manufacturing
  • Manage projects, ensuring client expectations are met

The successful Trainee CAD Technician will have the following experience:

  • Computer literate and a knowledge of Autocad
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and in a fastpaced environment

Salary and Benefits:
