Health Engagement Officer

Salary scale:
£25, per annum increasing to £27,186.12 on completion of a satisfactory probation period.

Hours: 37.5 hours

Contract:
Fixed term until 31st March 2025

Probationary period: 6 months

25 days pro-rata plus bank holidays

Base:
Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU and various GP practices across Bradford

Mind in Bradford is looking for a health engagement officer to expand our severe mental illness (SMI) and physical health programme
